How billing and usage work
Each plan combines a billing period with resource allowances. These rules explain how your apps, VR spaces and API requests use them.
Plans and billing cycles
- Each Developer app has its own plan. You can use separate apps on standard plans for different projects.
- A customer can have multiple Teams (sources). Each source currently supports up to 10 apps; expired and disabled apps still count.
- Included allowances reset monthly on the Developer app’s billing anchor, for both monthly and annual plans.
- Annual subscriptions are charged once upfront for the year; included allowances still reset monthly.
- Space and API allowances are not shared between Developer apps.

Counting VR spaces
- Each distinct VR project bound during a monthly allowance period uses one space.
- Unbinding a project does not restore that period’s space allowance. Changing plans during the same period does not grant duplicate allowances.
- Viewing is not charged by duration.

Counting reconstruction tasks
- Argus and Pano-to-VR count successful tasks separately.
- Unused included tasks do not roll over to the next monthly allowance period.
- Task allowances cannot be exchanged between services or redeemed for cash, API calls or Credits.
API metering and VR domains
- Counting calls
- Each API business operation counts as one call. Batch requests count the business operations they contain.
- Developer app scope
- All Developer Platform APIs used by one Developer app are counted together.
- Calls that consume allowance
- Successful business calls consume the API allowance. Platform failures and rate-limit rejections do not.
- RPM
- The maximum number of requests per minute for each Developer app.
- Allowed VR website domains
- Configure allowed websites for each Developer app. Adding example.com covers subdomains such as www.example.com and vr.example.com, using one domain slot. Localhost and IP addresses are exempt from domain checks only; all other checks still apply.
Add-on packs
All plans support additional VR spaces, API calls, Argus tasks and Pano-to-VR tasks. Each resource is purchased and consumed separately for each Developer app.

Savings compare the unit price with the smallest pack for the same service. Packs may be combined; annual subscription discounts do not apply.
- When packs expire
- API, Argus and Pano-to-VR packs are valid for 12 months. Their unused units remain available until the pack expires, with usage tracked per Developer app. Confirm VR space pack quantity and validity with sales.
- How packs are used
- Included plan allowances first, then the add-on pack that expires soonest.
- How to purchase
- Paid plans and resource packs are activated manually by sales. If your allowance is insufficient, contact sales to confirm an additional purchase and when it takes effect. Packs are not purchased automatically.
- What packs add
- VR space, API call, Argus and Pano-to-VR packs each add only their corresponding resource. Resources cannot be exchanged. Packs do not increase RPM or domain allowances.

How does the free trial work?
Each new trial app has its own 14-day Free Trial for development and integration testing. Trial allowances cover the full trial period and do not reset.
Existing one-month trials granted by our team keep their confirmed one-month term.
Trial projects may not be distributed publicly.
How is Enterprise billed?
Enterprise starts at $5,000 per year and is billed annually. Capacity, services and other terms are set by contract.
What happens when a plan expires?
API access stops when the plan expires. Pages already open can still be viewed.
